How much does property photography cost in North Wales?
Property photography with Proptix starts at £125 for the Essential package, covering interior and exterior shots plus standard drone coverage. Pricing scales up to £250 for larger or luxury properties, with Video, Aerial, and Airbnb/Holiday Let priced separately.
Do you offer photography drone or aerial photography?
Yes. Every Photography package includes a small number of standard drone shots. For properties where aerial is the main focus — larger plots, developments, or land — the dedicated Aerial package offers full drone coverage starting at £175.
Do you offer virtual staging?
Yes, for both photo and video. Virtual staging is included free (2 images) in the top tier of the Photography and Airbnb packages, and available as an add-on for any other tier at £35 per image.
How quickly will I receive my images?
Standard delivery is within a few working days of the shoot. Express turnaround (delivery within 24 hours) is available as an add-on for £50.
Do you photograph Airbnb and holiday let properties?
Yes. Holiday let photography is priced and packaged separately from standard for-sale photography, since it's built around lifestyle-led shots that highlight amenities and guest appeal rather than just documenting the space.
